Kano metropolis, the Kano State capital is calm for now as today’s gubernatorial and House of Assembly elections continues.

 

Our reporter who drove round the city in company of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) election monitoring team said there was no sign of any violence whatsoever.

 

In all the polling units visited, election processes were moving smoothly with the electorate conducting themselves accordingly.

 

Also, our reporter said he has not witnessed any underage voting in areas covered so far in Katsina and Kano states.
