Guinea Bissau coach Baciro Candé has stated that his side will capitalize on the Super Eagles weak side and get all the maximum points when both sides meet today at the Stade Roumdé Adjia in Garoua.

Speaking during yesterday’s, Cande acknowledged that the Super Eagles are a tough side and will seek to capitalize on the team’s errors.

“Nigeria is one of the best teams in Africa. A very strong side. We will play our game and hope that Nigeria makes a mistake, some errors and may be luck will smile on us.

“We know that no matter how strong a team is, there is always a weak side and we hope to capitalise on that as we play Nigeria,” he said.

Meanwhile, the game is a must-win for the Wild Dogs, who face the risk of elimination after picking up just one point from their opening two games.

They now need a win to keep their slim qualification hopes alive as they are currently level on one point with Sudan and two behind second-place Egypt

However, Guinea-Bissau head into this game in poor form as they have failed to win any of their last six games in all competitions, picking up three draws and losing three, while failing to score in all six outings.

The Super Eagles will now look to make it three wins from their opening three AFCON games for the first time since 2006, when they defeated Senegal, Zimbabwe and Ghana in Group D.
