Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have abducted the daughter of a high court judge and one other person at 500 housing estates along Doma Road, Lafia Local Government Area of Nasarawa State.
A family source who spoke unanimously told Daily Trust that the incident occurred on Wednesday.
According to the source, the abductors met their victims outside their residence and picked them.
He said the victims include a daughter of Ibrahim Shekarau of the State High Court 4 Mararraban Gurku in Karu Local Government Area. The victims were identified as Hauwa Shekarau and Abdulkarim Ahmed Iliyasu.
A source informed the Daily Trust correspondent that the family has yet to be contacted by the kidnappers.
When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Ramhan Nansel, said the state command has not been briefed on the incident.
