It was learnt that Zakari was shot in front of the same house where a son of the Imam of Anyigba, a 25-year-old graduate, Yusuf Labaran, was killed last December.

The state’s police command’s spokesman, SP William Aya, confirmed the incident, saying, “One Mustapha Zakari was reported to have lodged a complaint of the killing of his younger brother, Usman Zakari, by gunmen,” adding that the command had ordered investigation into the case.
