The Parent Teachers Association, PTA, of the School for the Gifted, Gwagwalada in collaboration with the Comfrend Education Consult, an affiliate of Sesame Square Workshop, USAID have organised a day workshop for the school’s teachers.

The PTA Chairman of the school, Engr. Olusegun Ashaolu, said the training was informed to keep the teachers in tune with the current teaching methodologies especially as it concerned gifted students.

“Some of the students sometimes think faster and ahead of their teachers hence the need for training and retraining teachers for them to meet with the current trend,’’ he said.
