The phone number of Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has been hacked.

In a terse statement on Tuesday, his spokesman, Olawale Rasheed, alerted the public to be wary of solicitations from the hacked phone number, +234 803 365 7555.

The spokesman assured that appropriate measures are being taken to resolve the situation and ensure the security of the governor’s communication channels.

The statement said: “The telephone number of His Excellency, Governor Ademola Adeleke, has been compromised. The public is advised to disregard any calls or messages from this number.

“Please ignore any solicitation from +234 803 365 7555.

“Appropriate action is ongoing to remedy the situation.”

The development has raised concerns about the security of personal information and the need for individuals to be vigilant in protecting their communication channels from cyber threats.
