Hall7 Real Estate Limited, in collaboration with the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), has performed a ground breaking of a 216 unit housing project in Abuja.
The project, Imperial Vista, is a residential development located at Kafe District, Life camp, Abuja. The groundbreaking took place on Thursday, August 18.
The President of the NNPC Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society, Abubakar Sadiq, in his address pledged to deliver value to his members and the entire society and also provide them with good quality yet affordable houses.
He affirmed that the project was the first of its kind in the history of the cooperative society and commended the management of the cooperative for their unwavering support towards the project.
Also speaking, the CEO Hall7 Real Estate Limited, Mr. Olayinka Braimoh, assured the members of the cooperative that they were offering a value-based lifestyle where they would love their children to grow.
He described Imperial Vista as a 216 unit project with modern facilities including sporting and recreational facilities, well planned road network, waste collection centres, automated access, and commercial centres.
He added that the project would change the architectural landscape of the society, assuring that it would be delivered by December.
The Deputy General Manager, NNPC Human Resources Department, Eucharia Ezeani, congratulated the president of the cooperative and referred to the project as a milestone that has been achieved in a short tenure.
