In a press statement announcing the latest delivery, the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr. Tayo Sonuga, said “In conformity to its signature design, our properties are an array of beautifully crafted work of art with the a new and innovative exterior design.”
He said using contemporary architecture; the exquisitely sculptured design tucks away the roof neatly behind parapet walls that seamlessly join with the frontal façade wall to create a brick panel covering the first and pent floors. This modern design, according to him, also comes with a fine balance between brick and glass with the angles delivered to the highest precision and complimented with ornately arranged light.
The interior designs are also typically not short of creativity. Spiral staircases can be seen linking the double-volume master bedroom floors with curved galleries suspended in the spaces.
