At a time when the property market appears saturated with varying high end products on the shelves begging to be purchased, and many developers stuck with their investments tied down owing to the poor run of demand, Haven Homes – promoters and developers of exquisite life style homes, has a different story.
Because of demand for this developer’s homes, all current housing units under development in the developer’s flagship estate, Richmond Gate, together with the units about to be built next year have sold out to waiting subscribers.
The demand list is still growing as subscribers are now lining up for developments that are not scheduled to complete before December 2015.
This was announced in a statement released recently by the company. The Richmond Gate project is located in a prime location between the third Round about and the new Oando Filling station along the Lekki-Epe Expressway in Lagos State.
Celebrating the firm’s achievement, the managing director/chief executive officer, Mr. Tayo Sonuga remarked, “We’re deeply humbled by the soaring demand for our homes which have become very appealing to the celebrity and upper middle class, but this does not come to us as surprise, because the pattern of exclusivity and uniqueness has been building up over the years since the inception of the brand.
“To have celebrities queuing up for our homes is absolutely humbling and remarkable and we give all the glory to God.”
 Sonuga said Haven Homes’ immensely appealing brand has enabled the firm grow tremendous goodwill from trusting subscribers to consistently roll out units off plan on several projects over the years.
He said the difference this time is that whilst previous developments were on smaller scale, Richmond Gate, comprising 70 units of four-bedroom homes and a similar number of five-bedroom homes built in three phases is of a higher magnitude.
On how Haven Homes can cope with the challenges of achieving the delivery targets without compromising quality, Sonuga said, “That’s not a problem. We’ll meet every request at the time we promised.
He added that Haven Homes has also successfully delivered the home units purchased by its roving ambassador and musical artiste, 2Face Idibia and popular Comedian, Ay.
