Haven Homes is Most Affordable Developer this year

Prominent individuals and corporate players took to the honours stage to receive awards in different categories at the Real Estate Unite organized by 3-Invest Limited.
It was exclusively a night for real estate, according to the CEO of 3Invest Ltd, Ms Ruth Obih.
The awards night was preceded by a conference that had several distinguished speakers who dwelt on real estate matters.
Haven Homes, lifestyle living estate firm emerged the Most Affordable Developer of the Year after winning same last year.
Haven Homes had nominations in three categories out of the 12 before emerging the ultimate winner in the Affordable Development of the Year Category.
The company achieved the same feat last year at the event which had in attendance the erstwhile Lagos State Governor, Babajide Raji Fashola.
Amongst other awards given out this year is The Real Estate Person of the Year, a wholly individual recognition award which went to Mr. Jim Ovia.
In the last 10 years, Haven Homes has rolled out developments including its flagship project, the 100-unit Richmond Gate Estate located in Ikate-Lekki.
Haven Homes Assistant General Manager, Ufuoma Ukueku who collected the award commended the organizers of the event saying, “The simple fact that we retained the award that we won last year should convince anyone that we’re truly the most affordable as far as luxury accommodation is concerned.”
