A real estate developer, Haven Homes, has partnered with a property sales and marketing company, Seso Global, for the launch of the second phase of Richmond Pearl Estate, with popular musician and entertainer, Falz, billed as special guest.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Haven Homes, Tayo Sonuga, said with phase one of the estate sold out, the firm had already seen good uptake for the second phase.

Sonuga said, “We are looking forward to showing the quality of our products to a wider audience during this launch on March 28, from 12:00 till 05:00pm, and believe, we offer something unique to Lagos.

“The event which held at Richmond Gate is designed to showcase this and give the opportunity for families to tour the homes.”

He added that Heineken and Rite Foods had also partnered with the developers to provide refreshment at the launch.

Located in Lekki, the new phase of the project introduces 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes to meet increased demand at the fully serviced estate, which includes a club house, swimming pool and tennis court.

The CEO of Seso Global, Daniel Bloch, said, “This is an exciting time for Haven Homes and we are looking forward to the open day.
