Headmaster remanded for defiling 8-year-old boy

A headmaster at LEA Primary School Unguwan Duka, Auchan in Ikara Local Government Area of Kaduna State has been remanded in prison for defiling his 8-year-old pupil.

The headmaster, Ya’u Ahmed, was taken to Magistrate Court III, NDA, Kaduna after police investigation at Auchan and the command’s CID headquarters.

Speaking to our correspondent, the father of the boy, Malam Garba Dauda, said the headmaster was like a younger brother to him. “This is why I would find it very difficult to forgive him. I secured admission for him at the FCE, Zaria and when he completed his studies, I was the one that processed his result and took it to the village, only for him to turn round and defile my son. My worries are how some prominent people of Auchan are trying hard to kill the case,” he said.

A check at the court indicated that the Magistrate had fixed August 24, 2017 for further hearing.
