Defending champions, Heartland FC are up against Lobi Stars who won the trophy in 2003 and are eager to record a second victory.

Speaking to Feverpitch yesterday on phone, Bunde said Lobi Stars are battle ready as he boasted that there is no hiding place for Heartland.

He explained that even as it is not going to be an easy duel, Lobi will bring in something special to lift the Cup.

Bunde maintained that as defending champions, Heartland would like to win the trophy back to back but his team is also interested in winning to maintain its winning streak.

He, therefore, said this is not the time for Heartland to spoil Lobi’s fun noting that their opponents know what they are capable of doing.

His words: “It is not possible for Heartland to spoil our fun. For the past weeks, we have played the best football and everybody is talking about us.

“Interestingly, we have not allowed the success to get into our head. We are yet to reach our destination so we cannot take anything for granted. For us it is the trophy or nothing.

“This is the time for us to write our names in gold and we shall not allow this golden opportunity to pass us by”.

Bunde also said he will give his best in today’s match.

“I am going to lay down my life if it comes to that. I will give everything I have to make sure that we win”.
