We woke up to suddenly learn that fuel price has been jerked up to N143. Before we say jack, all the filling stations have adjusted their meters to reflect the new price.

Increasing pump price amidst the COVID-19 induced hardship is worrisome.

This will affect so many other aspects of our national life. Transport prices will be on the rise; inter-state travels will be so expensive.

Even businesses that rely heavily on an alternate power source to thrive will hike their prices. We plead with the federal government to please address this issue urgently.
