African web hosting and domain infrastructure company Hoganhost is steadily expanding its presence across the continent as it continues to secure accreditations with multiple national domain registries, positioning itself as one of the emerging players in Africa’s growing digital infrastructure space.

The company has now obtained registrar accreditations in five African countries, allowing it to directly register and manage country-specific domains for businesses, startups, and organizations seeking to establish a stronger online presence within their local markets.

Among these accreditations is its partnership with the Nigeria Internet Registration Association, the body responsible for managing Nigeria’s .ng domain name system. Through this accreditation, Hoganhost is authorized to provide domain registration services within Nigeria’s national internet namespace.

The company has also secured accreditation from the Uganda Network Information Centre, which manages Uganda’s .ug domains, as well as the Kenya Network Information Centre, the organization responsible for overseeing Kenya’s .ke domain registry.

Further strengthening its continental footprint, Hoganhost is accredited by the ZA Central Registry, which administers domain names within South Africa’s .za namespace. More recently, the company expanded into East Africa after securing accreditation from the Rwanda Internet Community and Technology Alliance, enabling it to register Rwanda’s .rw domains.

These growing partnerships with national domain registries reflect the company’s broader ambition to build a stronger African-led web hosting and domain infrastructure network that supports businesses operating across different regions of the continent.

According to CEO and Founder Joseph Effiok Hogan, the company’s expansion into multiple domain registries is part of a long-term vision to simplify access to digital infrastructure for African businesses.

He noted that as more companies, startups, and entrepreneurs move their operations online, the demand for reliable hosting and domain services continues to increase across the continent.

Co-Founder Atim Hogan also emphasized that Hoganhost’s continued expansion across national registries demonstrates the company’s commitment to supporting Africa’s rapidly growing digital economy.
