He initiated a motion to clear all water drainages in Calabar Metropolis, mitigating the risk of flooding and protecting lives and property. His advocacy for the retrieval of heavy-duty equipment ensures proper state resource utilization, preventing private misuse and enhancing service delivery.

“Furthering his commitment to accountability, Hon. Cyril sponsored a motion to revoke the concessioning of the Cross River State House in Abuja’s Central Business District, emphasizing effective resource management.
