Suspected hoodlums have reportedly invaded some houses in Unguwar Sabon Tasha in Abaji Area Council and stole phones, laptops and undisclosed amounts of money from the occupants.A victim, Shedrack Benjamin, said the incident happened on Saturday around 2:12 am when the hoodlums, numbering six, armed with pistol and knives, attacked the residents.

He said the hoodlums tied down the guard at the gate, forced their way into the compound and robbed the tenants of their phones, laptops and undisclosed amounts of money.

He said the hoodlums went into each of the rooms to rob the occupants and escaped before the arrival of the vigilantes.

The police in the area said the incident had not been reported.
