I think it is high time governments at all levels take the issue of provision of basic amenities, such as electricity, water, good roads and infrastructure as top priory. In fact, the first three should not be a campaign promise anymore. State governments should be coming on board to look at greater challenges and not keep recycling what has been. Without electricity and water, Nigeria can never achieve industrialisation.
