There is a need for regular workshops and seminars to update the knowledge of stakeholders and teachers for quality service delivery in the state. More qualified teachers should be employed to overcome shortage, most especially at the basic level. Community leaders, parents, individuals and other stakeholders should be urged to partner with government in the educational development of the state rather than leaving government alone with educational affairs.

Also, school heads/heads of departments in schools should be called to keep up daily inspection of records such as lesson plans, for quality service delivery. Then the curriculum should be reviewed from time to time to accommodate the needs, changes and other challenges of the society.
