Szijjarto who disclosed this during a courtesy call on the Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr Samuel Ortom at his office in Abuja noted that Hungarian technology will be helpful to the development of Nigeria especially in the field of agriculture, defense and healthcare.
Dr Ortom lamented the imbalance in trade volumes between Nigeria and Hungary noting that imports from Hungary in 2012 was N5.3 billion with Nigeria’s figures perpetually in the negative since 2006.
