Nigeria attacker, Ademola Lookman, has conceded it is not easy playing for the Super Eagles despite his recent performances.
Nigeria were the most valuable team in the 34th edition of the Africa Cup of Nations thanks to their quality players who play in some top European clubs.
The Super Eagles have justified their ‘favourites’ tag by making it to the latter stages of the biennial competition.
The 26-year-old’s three goals have come in the last two games and if he sustains his form, then he might be voted the tournament’s Most Valuable Player.
However, it is not easy to deliver for the Super Eagles as explained by the winger.

“I feel the pressure wearing this [Nigeria] shirt,” the Leicester City attacker, who is on loan at Atalanta in Serie A, said as quoted by the BBC.
“Every single time I put on the jersey, that’s just what comes with being a Nigerian and playing for the country, so I’m proud to do that, to take that responsibility.”
Nigeria last won the AFCON in 2013, meaning they have gone 11 years without tasting continental glory.
Lookman and his teammates are aiming to go all the way in the ongoing competition and quench their supporter’s thirst for glory.
