Greying of hair is not an unusual thing to happen. The age when greying starts depends on one’s genetic inheritance. Aging is often a reason that causes the hair to turn greyish. However premature greying of hair is a condition that demands the need to pay attention to the root cause.
Symptoms
Loss of hair colour before the age of 35 is termed premature greying. In time, the thinner, grey hairs then have a chance to grow sooner and more rapidly than normal.
Among the causes are;
1. Suffering from chronic cold and sinusitis
2. Those who use warm water for washing their hair are more likely to be victims
3. A faulty diet and mental worries are the two primary causes of premature greying of hair.
4. Lack of some of the B vitamins, iron, copper, and iodine in the daily diet is said to be a contributory factor.
5. The common factor remains that grey hair has some pigment left in it, but not the amount it had when it was the natural color
6. Other causes of premature greying of hair are an unclean condition of the scalp
7. Washing the hair with hot water
8. Drying it with an electric dryer
9. Use of hair dyes.
10. Heredity is also a predisposing factor ( runs in the family )
Liberal intake of curry leaves is considered beneficial in preventing premature graying of hair. The role of proper diet in preventing and arresting premature greying of hair is very important. Eating lot of fruits and vegetables is absolutely essential to facilitate the supply of essential vitamins and minerals.
My husband has sexual problem?
I am unable to take in for almost 3 years of marriage now. After thorough history taken and investigation it was discovered that my husband never releases semen during lovemaking despite regular intercourse. I am disturbed. Our doctor said that he is suffering Anejaculation.
Q B
Anejaculation as you mentioned above is the inability to ejaculate semen despite stimulation of the penis by intercourse or by masturbation.
Anejaculation may be situational or total.
1. Situational anejaculation – in this condition the man is able to ejaculate in some situations but not in others. Typically, situational anejaculation is stress-induced.
2. Total anejaculation – in this condition the man is never able to ejaculate semen consciously, either during intercourse or by masturbation.
Total anejaculation is further divided into anorgasmic anejaculation and orgasmic anejaculation.
A. Anorgasmic anejaculation – the man never reaches orgasm and hence do not ejaculate. He may have a wet dream, however there is no physical defect. This failure to reach orgasm is sometimes due to psychological inhibitions. Alternatively, some men need a high amount of stimulation before they reach orgasm and do not get this stimulation during intercourse.
B. Orgasmic anejaculation – the man reaches and experiences orgasm but does not ejaculate semen, either because there is failure of emission of semen (due to a block in the tubes such as urethra or damage to the nerves) or because there is retrograde ejaculation (flow of semen back into the bladder due to weakness of the bladder neck).
This problem needs more counselling session to explore the likely type and likely causes and institute remedy.
