We are all using the same type of tomato seed but we understand that that seed produces tomato with a lot of seeds and water that is not good for industrial purposes. The factory will provide farmers with hybrid seeds that produce tomato with a lot of flesh, little or no water and seeds that stays longer than the common one.
While there are 10,000 seeds in a tin of the one you are using now, hybrid tomato seed has only 1,000 seeds in a packet and yet produces more than the POPVRIEND type.
