The Nasarawa South senator-elect, Mohammed Ogoshi-Onawo, has promised to sponsor quality bills that will help the incoming administration to tackle the state of insecurity and economic challenges confronting the country.
Onawo made the statement in Doma LGA while playing host to the officials and members of the Correspondents Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) in the state yesterday.
He said, “I promise to sponsor quality bills that would help the incoming administration to address the security and economic challenges confronting the country.”
He tasked journalists in the state to report activities objectively and professionally, promising to lobby and attract more federal government presence to Nasarawa State.
Onawa attributed his victory to the grace of God and the reward by his people for the quality representation he offered to them for 16 years.
