The Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) has pledged its commitment to providing exceptional service delivery and continuously implements measures to enhance value across its franchise areas.
This was disclosed by the Coordinating Head, Corporate Services, IBEDC, Angela Olanrewaju in Oyo State on Tuesday
According to her, “IBEDC is actively supporting the resolution of the ongoing third-party outsourcing (PIPILL) issue with the Oyo State branch of the NLC.”
She said, “The company appreciates the Federal Ministry of Labour for its efforts in facilitating discussions among stakeholders and commends the professionalism demonstrated throughout the mediation process, which remains ongoing.”
Mrs Angela pointed out that all measures to enhance and provide services to the people remains the company’s utmost priority.
The Coordinator further refuted the claim that it has terminated 3,000 employees, while appealing to the Oyo State branch of the NLC to exercise patience and calm as discussions are in progress to ensure uninterrupted power supply to businesses and residents in the State and its environs.
