The trio of Mark Igoche, Victor Ochei, and Kunle Solaja has expressed satisfaction with the organisation of this year’s SportsVille Special Recognition Award which was held last Friday At the Eko Club in Lagos.

The representative of one of Nigeria’s leading promoters of basketball, Igoche at the 4th edition of the awards, Kingsley Aigbonoga, has expressed his excitement and joy on behalf of his principal.

Aigbonoga who spoke shortly after receiving the Achiever’s Award on behalf of Igoche said “Honestly, I am excited with what I just witnessed. When my friend and brother asked me to receive the award on his behalf, I never expected that this award would have such a high profile, but what I saw this evening is a world class organisation comparable to any in the world.

“The quality of attendance and caliber of awardees speak volumes.”

For Ochei, his excitement knows no bounds. “I am happy with this honour, thank you Sportsville for celebrating me this evening.”

Solaja also eulogised the organisation as he said “This award is so special among the numerous ones I have received in the past. Coming from an organisation that is well known and respected makes this really special,” said the nation’s number one sports diarist.

The Director of Communication of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Mr. Ademola Olajire, who represented the NFF President, Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau, also praised the organisers for putting up a great ceremony.

“You guys deserve commendations for this wonderful package, it shows class in all ramifications.”
