Popularly known as “Mr. Prosperity,” Ladega has drawn praise for his humility, accessibility, and people-centred approach to governance, which admirers say has strengthened trust between the leadership and residents.

Described by many as a listening leader, the council boss has continued to inspire confidence among stakeholders through an inclusive style of administration that prioritises engagement and responsiveness to community needs.

Since assuming office on July 28, 2025, Ladega has steered the affairs of the local government through his SEED Agenda, a development framework focused on security, education, healthcare, and grassroots development.
