When did you decide on music?

I decided on music professionally about two years back, but the music spirit has been in me. I started my compositions about seven years ago. Most of the tracks in this album were written in 2004/2005 from inspiration including ‘Hey mama’.

What kind of music do you do and what is your central message?

I do Hip-Hop, rap, to be specific. I preach change as my message. Change for better  days. That is why I refer to myself as a street fighter.

Who makes up your target audience?

I am targeting everybody who makes up the general society. I don’t have a specific age or social group. My audience goes even beyond Nigeria.

How do you intend to combat piracy considering the fact that you are relatively new in the market?

This is what I can’t really predict because as time goes on things keep changing. It’s also one of the things I preach against with my music as I encourage pirates to deviate from such acts.

Your first song sounds like a remix or a reggae version of popular 80s hit, ‘We’re the world’. Did you get the rights to make remix of the song?

Actually, that first track you hard was just a free – style I did in the studio and one of my producers decided to place that in it as a chorus with the feeling that it would bring back the sensations of that time. It is not going to be part of my album compilation.

The industry is getting very competitive today. What new elements are you brining that will make you unique enough to stand out?

I am just being myself as the power of destiny rules and I think my fans are in the better position to see the uniqueness in the system.

Do you write and compose your songs?

Yes, I write and compose my songs myself by the special grace of God Almighty.

You are doing collaborations; who do you work with and do these collaborations pay off better than standalones?

I just did collaborations with Shayi and Ezone. It doesn’t really pay better, but looking at it from a view of likeminded people it does passing on the same message.

Does singing in Nigerian languages better send messages across or it’s just first style you adopt once in a while?

Yes and no. It all depends on who you are singing to and for and how best you can get them to appreciate your music.

What does Music mean to you? A hobby, a career/profession or an escape route from broaden to while a time.

From my knowledge about destiny drive, it’s a career.

What’s your take on the music and Entertainment industry especially as it stands in Abuja today?

It has not been very easy, so many challenges in the game financially, morally, spiritually and otherwise.

Where do you see yourself five/ten years from now?

God, the one who knows everyone’s destiny knows where and this is my belief.
