Budding Nigerian entertainer, Samuel Nwokike widely known as Dark Chocolate by teeming fans, has said that he embraced music professionally in order to convey his innermost feelings to the world.
The graduate of Human Anatomy, who participated in the recently concluded De 9ja Spirit Talent Hunt (DTH season 3), stated that he finds fulfilment in helping others understand the realities of daily living through his brand of music.
According to the young artiste, who recently released a new song titled ‘Omalicha’, he has honed his skills in music over the last 15 years, adding that his interest in fitness, dancing, painting and playing the guitar has inspired him to write and produce great songs with deep messages.
In a statement announcing the release of ‘Omalicha’, Dark Chocolate said, “Being able to create with music is my way of communicating and conveying my inner feelings to the world.
“This is kept alive through my involvement in exercise, singing, dancing, weightlifting, painting, playing the guitar and word games.
“Omalicha’ which is out on all platforms, has an original sensational Afrobeat/Afropiano vibe that will always make listeners feel happy.
