Okorocha disclosed this last week during an interactive session with the members of the Imo State House of Assembly, headmasters, principals of schools and community government council officials at Ahiajoku Centre in Owerri, the state capital.
Announcing the formal lifting of embargo on employment at all levels in the civil service, Okorocha decried the level of decadence among the youths.
He described as unfortunate the level of social vices among Igbo youth who were hitherto known for their enterprising nature, lamenting that it is shameful to see able bodied men and women behaving like beggars , vowing to stop the practice.
He directed the community government council officials to form committees in their various communities to quickly kick- start the Youth- Mustwork Programme.
