One critical aspect that demands immediate attention is the need to implement a comprehensive performance evaluation system for ministers in the cabinet. By introducing such a system, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu can promote transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in the government, ultimately leading to improved service delivery for the Nigerian people.

Performance evaluation is a well-established practice in successful organisations worldwide.
