The Jigawa State Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) Dr. Mahmuda Isa, yesterday dismissed allegation by Civil Societies Organizations (CSOs) that INEC lacked manpower and functional equipment to register prospective voters before August 17 dateline of Continues Voters Registration (CVR).
CSOs conducted a rally on voters education on Tuesday in Dutse, the state capital where it alleged that the electoral body in the state lacked the capability of carrying out the CVR exercise effectively before the dateline.
