INEC has rescheduled the aborted election of Danmusa local government area of Katsina state for next week 18th April.

Briefing newsmen the Resident electoral Commissioner Ibrahim Bagobiri said election will take place in ten of the eleven wards of the area.

Equally, DanAli ward had some areas where elections were conducted but materials for Gabasawa polling were destroyed noting that election will only take place in this unit as the rest stands.

It could be recalled that violent protest that erupted in the area led to the postponement of election where two persons are feared killed just as motorcycles and cars were vandalised
