Enough of the blame game please. We should understand that we have a common enemy that neither differentiates us based on party, religion, ethnic affiliation or pay regard to our social class. It’s time to act collectively to end these ugly narratives.
After watching some part of ‘Zamfara Warlord Documentary’ I became more terrified that things are not normal with us in this country.
Attacks are no longer news. Thousands have been killed, many displaced and yet some are battling to resist the barbaric treatment from the agents of doom. That’s our narrative today; no one seems to care amongst the authority we revere and respect.
The traditional leaders have become so helpless to deal with the issues and at some point they even tend to romance the terrorist for self-defence.
Until our government wakes up from its slumber and deals decisively with these marauding killers, the terrorised communities would never be at peace. And no matter how much contribution the citizens make, without the backing of the government not much could be achieved.
Let’s join hands and call the attention of those responsible for keeping us safe. It’s time to act fiercely and decisively against those heartless morons.
Enough is enough. We have gone through a lot. And we can’t afford going through more terror times. Our communities must be secured and protected against any potential terror.
