Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed has charged traditional rulers in the state to restore the culture of discipline among their subjects.
He said this has become imperative due to the rising cases of rape, kidnapping and other criminality in the country.

The governor spoke Wednesday when the Emir of Bauchi, Dr Rilwamu Suleiman Adamu paid him a Sallah homage at the Government House in Bauchi.
He urged them to continue to support the government and security operatives to strengthen peace in the state
Emir of Bauchi thanked the governor for ending water scarcity and completing road projects in the state.
He assured the governor of their commitment to giving his administration the necessary support and advice on how to move the state forward.
