The Chairman, Governing Board of Peacock College UK, Chief Olusegun Phillips, made the plea while receiving accreditation certificate for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for the college in Lagos.
A statement from the college said the accreditation will empower the college to continuously upgrade professionals through effective academic and professional programmes.
According to him, Continuing Professional Development was designed to enable institutes to offer life-long skills that reflect ever-changing global trends.
In his remark, the Principal of the College, Mr. Zenon Adamek, said the importance of CPD should not be underestimated, adding: “It is a personal responsibility of professionals to keep on upgrading their knowledge and skills to enable them deliver high quality services.”
