Zarummai, who is also a Commissioner of the Federal Character Commission (FCC) stated this in Abuja at the Nigerian Internet Governance Forum (NIGF) 2015 with the theme: “Harnessing the Potentials of Internet Governance for Sustainable Development in Nigeria”.
He explained that the internet technology is very important for youth because it is the basic for them to become entrepreneurs.
The expert, who said Nigeria has a youth population of about 80 million out of which 64 million is unemployed, explained that the internet business gives one self sufficiency, self reliant, less bureaucratic in decision making and flexibility and freedom of choice.
