The federal government has been commended for its efforts in developing the education sector in the country.
The Regional Director of Munazzamat Al-Da-Awah Al-Islamiyya (MADA), Gwagwalada, Sheik Yahaya Usman Ibrahim, gave the commendation when the management of Hayil Sa’id Basic Education, Gwagwalada, received the representative of the Secretary General of MADA.
Sheik Ibrahim noted that, “The organisation has many developmental projects across Nigeria.”
He highlighted the numerous development projects undertaken by the organisation across Nigeria, emphasising on assistance to widows, the needy and vulnerable.

The Principal of Hayil Sa’id Basic Education, Hajiya Hajara Musa, expressed satisfaction with the school’s efforts in providing high quality education following the Islamic path.
City & Crime reports that MADA is an NGO that has branches in 24 four African countries, with its headquarters in Uganda, and has offices across the globe also, with Doctor Ahmed Mohammed Adam as its general director.
The representative of the Secretary General, Mr Tok Ahmed Rasim, who spoke in Turkish, said they were in the country to oversee the activities of the school, note some of its challenges and make donations to support the students of the school.
Items donated at the event included copies of the Quran, cash and six rams.
