This is not the first time Israel attack Gaza and killed a lot of people for silly reasons. In January 2008, Israel killed over 1600 innocent civilians; their reason was missiles were being fired from Gaza that killed two Israelis. Israel has made Gaza a training ground where new weapons are tested on innocent civilians.
The world must rise in defence of justice and peace. Since the creation of the Jewish state, the Middle East has not known peace. There were the Israeli-Arab wars in 1967 and 1983. There then came the constant expansion and permanent blockade of Palestine to the world by Israel. Empires rise and fall. From the Greeks, Romans, to Persians, Arabs and then the Western, so will a time come when the west will be irrelevant.
And Israel will have no protector. The need to make peace with its neighbours is imperative. And that is what U.S. secretary of State, Mr John Kerry, said when Israel said it intends to have a Jewish state, that” a Jewish state means an apartheid state” he went on to tell that the interest of the US is to see the creation of two states living side by side, in peace and in security. That will be the hope of many peace lovers around the world.
