Istrom Real Estate has revealed that it has delivered 1,000 housing units across different locations in the country in the last 10 years as part of efforts to bridge  housing deficit in the country.

Chairman of Istrom Real Estate, Isyaku Gambo Dori made the disclosure over the weekend during the 10 years anniversary celebration of the company.

Recounting the journey so far, he said “Ten years ago, we started with an idea, a simple but bold belief, that real estate in Nigeria could be done differently. That we could build not just houses, but structured communities, driven by integrity, quality, and long-term value.

“And today, that clarity has produced results. Over the past decade, Istrom has delivered close to 1,000 housing units. That is 1,000 families housed, 1,000 dreams realized, and 1,000 proofs that consistency beats intention. But beyond the numbers, there is something far more important, something that defines who we are which is Integrity.

“In 10 years, every single client has received their property on time. We have delivered every project exactly as promised.

And we stand here today with zero failed projects. No abandoned sites. No broken promises. No excuses.

In an industry where delays are normalized and trust is often compromised, we made a deliberate decision from day one — that our word will mean something,”  he explained

He further noted that currently, the company has grown to a staff capacity of close to 100 which are aligned with with the vision of the company.

On value and revenue generated, Dori revealed that “Over the years, we have generated returns running into billions of naira and importantly, this growth is accelerating. In 2025 alone, Istrom recorded a revenue of N15 billion naira — a milestone that reflects both the strength of our operations and the trust of our market,”

On plans ahead, the chairman stated that “As we move into 2026, we are not slowing down — we are positioning ourselves to surpass this figure and set an even higher benchmark.

“We now have the internal capacity  the people, the processes, the experience to deliver 500 housing units within two years, at the standard we are known for.

And we are not stopping there.

“Very soon, we will scale that capacity to 1,000 units in two years. And beyond that, we are positioning Istrom to deliver up to 5,000 housing units across Nigeria, not by lowering standards, but by scaling integrity, and replicating excellence,” he further stated.
