As usual, children are the worse hit in the latest outbreak. I call on the government to take urgent measures to halt further spread of the disease.

There is a need for people to take care of their hygiene and ensure they take only potable water. The government must intensify effort in providing potable water to the people as a way of tackling the scourge of cholera.
