Shekarau said the centres, which will be managed by JAMB, will reduce the abuse by the private sector and expose students to technology.
The minister noted this during the inspection of examinations designated centres in Abuja.
He said the adoption of CBT by JAMB should be emulated by other examination bodies and institutions.
On the challenges faced by non- computer literate students, he said the government intended to build computer laboratories in every school to address the challenge.
The minister who expressed his satisfaction with the exercise, saying it was a very good innovation.a
