In a statement, Kunle Afolabi, FCA, , chairman of planning committee of this year’s event, announced that it will also explore solutions for sustainable electrification, leveraging both conventional and renewable energy sources to drive industrial growth and economic prosperity.

The second one is on renewable energy innovations – exploring the potential of renewable sources like solar, hydro, biomass, and wind to meet Oyo state’s energy needs, while reducing
reliance on fossil fuels.”
Afolabi added that new to this year’s summit is the youth innovation challenge, designed to empower young innovators and students from Southwest Nigeria.
“Participants will present innovative solutions in clean energy, rural electrification, and sustainable power, fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among the youth.”
