The event which began last Friday and lasted till Sunday was held at the premises of Alhidaya Schools Mararaba with about 600 participants in attendance.
In his opening remark, patron of the group in Mararaba, Malam Yusuf Idris, highlighted the dangers associated with illicit drug consumption, which according to him, its negative consequences would not only have impact on the consumer but also affect the society where he lives.
He, therefore, called on parents, especially the mothers, to keep close watch on their children and also monitor who they associate with.
