Popular Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke, has revealed that the fight between himself and controversial actor, Uche Madwagwu, was a publicity stunt for his new movie, Bad Comments.

Months ago, Jim Iyke physically attacked Madwagwu for questioning the source of his wealth.

In a recent interview with Chude Jideonwo, Iyke admitted that it was a stunt to promote his new movie. He said the plan was made up and Maduagwu was paid heavily for it.

The actor said, “I am not stupid to make that kind of mistake to jeopardise my movie. I understand the social media ecosystem and I can orchestrate anything on social media as it is all about perception.”

He further stated that he had spent money on billboards but the scandal did the job. He said, “I will now teach you people who is the master of this thing.”
