September 21 has been fixed for the passing of judgement on the case between Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa and David Umbagadu.

Abdullahi Sule contested under the All Progress Congress, (APC) while Umbaguda is the gubernatorial candidate of the (PDP).

Dr Mubarak Tijani Adekilekun, who is counsel to Governor Sule confirm to Daily Trust on phone that, “The notice of hearing has been served today and the final judgement of the case between Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State of APC and David Umbugadu of the PDP will come up on Saturday, September 21, 2019.”
