Chief Financial officer (ITC001)
Candidates for the position must have a First degree in accounting or related discipline. He/she must be a chartered accountant with professional finance and accounting certification such as ICAN, ACCA, etc. The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, five of which must be in executive management/C-level position. He must have a robust background in private equity and investment management.
The candidate must understand international best practices in finance, international and Nigerian financial and accounting reporting standards and knowledge of key financial regulations.

Head of Operations (Based in Lagos)
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors degree level qualification. An MBA is desirable with equivalent relevant business experience. The candidate is to show substantial operational management experience and extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

North (Based in Abuja)
Candidates must have a first degree in related discipline preferably Marketing, Business or Medical. The candidate must possess at least 3 years experience in Marketing HMO products or operational delivery. Each candidate must have a proven track record in senior position in an HMO.
Medical Services Executives (Based in Abuja and Port Harcourt).
The candidates would be performing quality assurance responsibilities. Must hold at least MBBS degree and registered with Nigeria Medical Council. Experience in HMO will be an added advantage.
Sales Executives (Based in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja)
Applicant must possess a degree in any discipline with excellent communication and persuasion skills. The candidate must be results oriented and ready to meet set targets. He/she must be highly organised and a good team player with ability to work under minimal supervision. The candidate must have at least two years experience in marketing HMO products.

The candidate must have relevant finance experience in planning, forecasting and enterprise financial systems with emphasis on financial reporting, budgeting and profit and loss analysis.
Internal Auditor (Group)
The candidate must have a first degree in a numerate discipline plus any professional Accounting qualification such as ACA, CIMA, CPA and ACCA. He/ she must have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in core accounting and audit function from a leading or well structured accounting firm.
Research and Information Officer
The candidate must have a first degree in a numerate or any social science discipline. An MBA will be an added advantage. The candidate should have a minimum of five years relevant experience performing research and gathering strategic information.
Secretaries/Front Desk Officer
Candidate must have a minimum of HND in relevant discipline with two years relevant experience.
House Parents (Male and Females)
Candidates for this position must have a first degree in any discipline with a minimum of 10 years relevant post qualification experience in a reputable boarding school.
Security Operatives (Male/Female)
Candidates must have a minimum of five credits at SSCE level including English and Mathematics. The candidates must have five years relevant experience and must not be above 50 years. The candidate must be residing around Mowe, Ofada and Owode-Egba axis. He or she must have a good height.
