Ali yaga Ali is a kannywood movie that tells the story of a young couple who acts cordially and dote on each other but are both unfaithful.
Falalu (Ali Nuhu) cajoled his wife into going on a trip to visit her girlfriend in Kebbi State explaining that he will be going on an office mandated trip to Minna, Niger State.
When his wife left instead of going on the said journey he rendezvous at his house with his girlfriend Samira (Hadiza Aliyu Gabon) who is also married.
Whereas his wife, Hasiya (Jamila Umar Nagudu) enroute to Kebbi called her girl friend and was told she was not around she also came back home and called her boyfriend Kabiru (Saddiq Sani Saddiq) a sales attendant and they all unknowingly converge in the same house.
The movie is filled with suspense with an intricate plot when they both became aware of each other’s presence and they all tried to manipulate the other so that they can sneak out their respective lovers.
Kabiru ended up trapped in Hasiya’s bedroom toilet meanwhile his boss was calling and threatening to sack him and his sister told him their mother was seriously ill while Samira got trapped in Falalu’s bedroom and her father and husband were calling her and threatening.
Ali yaga Ali is sets a new bar for standard of movies in kannywood for it will take a lot for any kannywood movie to surpass it.
The movie did not run into several part nether was the script or the actors lacking in their delivery and surprisingly the whole plot was within a 48 hours timeline.
And No! there was no singing and dancing.
