Also, some said she travelled to Jos yesterday to attend a wedding ceremony, on the other hand, others said she went to shoot a film. As at the time of filing this report, arrangement to convey the remains of Hauwa to Kano where the funeral rites are to be performed is being made.   

Hauwa was one of the pioneer thespians and filmmakers in Kano. She will be remembered for the roles she played in several films like Ki Yarda Dani, Daskindaridi, and many others which were massive hits.
