Briefing newsmen on the forthcoming exhibition, President of the Kano Heritage Society, Dr Sule Bello, said the exhibition will feature interesting works from some of the most accomplished artists in the state.

 “This important exhibition we are convinced will serve as an avenue for encouraging the development of creative energy in the wider society as well as that of the younger ones” he said.

He further assured that the society is committed to the promotion of the arts in all its ramifications saying, art is a veritable source of creativity which fosters development.

 The artists to participate at the exhibition include Ali Bature, Kaltume Gana, Sani Zango, Aminu Adamu,Slisu Jibrin Kimata and Sulaiman Baba Kusa.
